You have to fix this matchmaker and networking

I mean it; you really need to drop everything and focus on just this problem.

Matchmaker is taking absurd amounts of time, up to as long as half an hour for some people.

When they find a game; it's usually blatantly unfair in ranks; before even taking SWF into consideration.

Lastly, once in a game, something seems to have happened in the last while because I watched 2 people lag so badly they phased through walls and then disconnected; basic attack hits from killers that are very VERY far away, like 5 steps from a window kind of far and hit through it....

This should be priority number one, over every other issue there is. Has there been any official statement on these problems anywhere yet?
