Let's take a look at what stealth killers can do:

*Wraith While Cloaked:

[PROS]

- Granted Undetectable status effect

- action speed is increased

- blood is more discernible than normal

- movement speed is drastically increased

- Uncloaking grants a brief speed boost perfect for that gap-closing lunge.

[CONS]

- Cannot attack while cloaked

- Wailing Bell reveals the killer by audio cue and slow revealing visual (add-on exception)

*The Pig when crouched:

[PROS]

- General low profile

- Granted Undetectable status effect

- ability replaces basic attack with long distance lunge

[CONS]

- Decreased movement speed

- Ambush plays the jumpscare audio cue, revealing the killer's presence

*The Ghost Face when using Night Shroud:

[PROS]

- Granted Undetectable status effect

- Capable of stalking survivors to leave them EXPOSED

-4.6m/s (not crouching)

- Can crouch to maintain ability with low profile

[CONS]

- Being revealed by survivors cancels the ability

- decreased movement speed (when crouching)

*The Shape in Evil Within Tier 1(Dear God):

[PROS]

- Granted Undetectable status effect

[CONS]

- Decreased movement speed (second slowest killer in the game)

- Non-existent lunge

- Cannot gain Bloodlust in a chase

- Killer is tall, resulting in being always spotted by competent, map aware survivors

(Devs decided to nerf this tier god forbid for "balance" after years of no real complaints for The Shape, especially in EW1)...

- Killer can be detected by Spine Chill and Premonition

In conclusion, there are several loop holes in how you're supposed to even out killers that not only have variable heights, but powers that only one could exclusively have that makes them higher than others. Also why nerf Michael's stealthiest, yet absolute weakest form in the game? He has hardcounters just by looking around. Needless change imo.
