I'm sick of stupid people healing me at times where it makes no sense to, for example...literally just after being unhooked so the killer knows you've just been unhooked and then you're stuck in place while some idiot tries to heal you while the killer makes a B line straight for you. The sprint button should trump any action as an escape option. I hate losing rank points because of other peoples failings... Its almost as if they're working with the killer sometimes.

You can move when someone is trying to heal you. You don't have to stay there.

On xbox I am unable to move regardless of what I press..

I'm also one Xbox sprinting away will literally cancel it out.
