I don’t have Freddy, so I don’t know what is exact limitations are. I’m curious to know if he can teleport to any gen at any time without a cool down?

He does have a cooldown of 45 seconds. Anyway the cooldown is reduced by 15% for each asleep Survivor in the game. You can also reduce the cooldown duration using addons.
