Do Monitor And Abuse And Tinkerer Reduce Freddy's Lullaby Radius?
I know that they used to, but now, with the Oblivious status effect, Freddy's lullaby isn't technically considered the Terror Radius, as it doesn't activate Unnerving Presence, Overwhelming Presence, Coulrophobia or Infectious Fright, and it also bypasses the Deep Wound status effect. Is it still possible to decrease his lullaby radius? This would be especially good, now that his lullaby is 2-D.

No, you can't reduce it i'm afraid.
It's like Huntresses Lullaby as well where it's not actually a Terror Radius... but an extension of their Terror Radius that doesn't apply to the same rules like normal Terror Radius's do.
Even with a full stack of Furtive Chase and Monitor and Abuse... it'll only change the Terror Radius and not the Lullaby. You can still fool Survivors into thinking you're far away because of this though.
