And this is why he needs a rework or something. Literally every single leatherface does this because that’s his kit 🤷🏼♂️

Do Gens then? Once you know he's a facecamping LF just do Gens.
And its legit for someone who only cares for a kill and not BP. Sure its unfun for the Survivor on the hook but they'll get into their next match soon enough.

Well, first of all that's not Leatherface - it's a Noobface. These kind of players do not represent Leatherface/Bubba let alone "every single Leatherface".
Secondly there are many killers that can camp or tunnel efficiently which is why things like KINDRED should be base for all survivors. Too bad the devs decided against it for some reason.
To name other examples of efficient hard campers/hard tunnelers:
- Doctor in treatment mode (instagrab)
- Tier 3 Myers (especially with fragrant tuft of hair)
- Plague (if everyone's broken)
- Hillbilly
- Clown with pinky finger
- Ghostface (if everyone's 99'd)
- Freddy (king of hard tunneling as Borrowed Time doesn't exist for him)
- Huntress with iridescent heads
- Trapper (can deny unhooks completely depending on the hook location)
- Hag with Make Your Choice (especially combined with mint rag)
- Wraith (can literally just stand next to the hook cloaked to deny Borrowed Time allowing him to instadown the unhooked survivor easily)
- ANY killer with the perk STBFL (if they got enough stacks)
- ANY killer while things like Haunted Ground or Noed are active
Long story short: If someone really wants to camp and tunnel they'll find a way to do it. You can change Bubba all you want but campers/tunnelers will still manage to make the game boring so there's really not much one can do other than repairing gens and getting out as quickly as possible resulting in a depip and little bloodpoints for the killer.

I play Leatherface quite a bit and never do this. For some reason it put me with a rank 12 noob Leatherface that did this the other day, so can empathize. It's a sorry ass way to play

that’s my point. i wish they’d do something else with him. i was so excited when he was first released since i love the texas chainsaw series. but he’s so boring to play and play against.

What op is trying to say is that for leatherface this is one of the only real reliable ways to get kills because of the way his kit works rn. Hes not saying that "leatherface shouldnt be able to camp" hes pointing out that the only thing bubba is really good at is camping.

What could they possibly do to his kit that'll make ppl NOT do this? Even if they buffed him so hes a really good killer with chasing and such...you'll still have ppl who facecamp.

Budda is just a rubbish if not camping. That’s why I never use him again after the first trail. I bought him just for the perks.

i said rework lol. who knows it could help ??♂️ i’m not a gaming dev so i can’t think of any ideas on the top of my head but i’m sure there are ways to make killers more viable and less needing to face camp. lol I don’t see how this is a bad thing at all.

Your missing the point... Ppl don't facecamp with Bubba as a last resort, they go into the match fully planning to do it. As long as Bubba has good facecamping potential, that's the character ppl pick to facecamp with. Doesn't matter if Bubba has good potential elsewhere.

no I got the point. I don’t think any killer should ONLY be good at facecamping. I don’t play leatherface for this reason alone. I like to have fun and actually play the game not just hold the chainsaw for the entire match with one survivor hooked. I mean if people like playing that boring way then so be it but most people don’t like that lol.

All your changes would do is bring more ppl to the character who actually wanna play. They ppl using him to facecamp now will still do it with changes. Personally... I've been playing Bubba at rank 3 this past week to decent results. It's very much possible.
