What is Nurse’s movement speed during the chain blink window?

Trying to math out an interaction, but I can’t find the number behind her speed during the chain blink window. I know it’s reduced, but what is it? Thank you!

    Her base movement speed if I remember correctly was about 3.8 mps, so probably close to 1.9.
