Add united charm loadout

I think it'd be nice if there was a toggle that made it so you could choose whether to use a single charm loadout for every killer and every survivor. Even better if it allowed you to choose the united loadout per role, so you could have, say, a united loadout for all killers, and then individual loadouts for each survivor.

I'm aware this isn't high-priority, but I think it'd be a really nice QoL change.
