So is the new Killer a female Demon?

Here is why I ask.

In the trailer, we are shown a mask draining all the blood in the room. This particular mask is a (If I am correct) Hannya Mask, which represented a female Demon.

While we have Spirit already, it wouldn't be far fetched to say this is her rework... maybe?. What does everyone think?

The voice in the beginning might hint it to be male... like a warlord or something. But am I the only one that is slightly bothered that it could be either at this point? Is this a clever ploy :eyes:

Also, just for anyone that says it might me a male wearing the mask... let me just say that if really is a warlord, to wear something that belonged to a female is considered shameful... and would cause a lot of ridicule.

    the mask is the ancestors and the ancestor was male

    I don't really have a strong going theory at the moment, all I can say is it's probably not the most obvious option. Remember when the Spirit's teaser was released and showed her being killed by her father, and everyone assumed he was some kind of samurai killer?
