what can potentially be done to make grinding rank finally worth it while also making it mean somethig skill wise?
id like rank 1 skins and charms for reaching rank 1 as well as a leaderboard for pips after rank 1 has been achieved

It would be nice if there were skins you could unlock every month for free. They could use community ideas like the bad mascot for Clown. When the ranks reset, those skins are no longer able to be unlocked but can be purchased in the store after a few months. That way you actually feel accomplished when you make it to rank 1/red ranks. Right now there's no incentive unless you're a masochist.
