Generator sounds not directional and fade in and out?

Has anyone else experienced this while playing killer?

I played multiple maps with multiple killers and the gen sounds kept fading in and out, and I had a real hard time figuring out which direction the gen sounds were coming from.

Sounds in general have been weird for me, i hear things that sound close but are far and vise versa, I thought it was just me.

I will play Escape from Tarkov until this is fixed.
