This is where I feel the game is right now

Just out of curiosity, what goes into your ranks?
Like when facing the clown, does this mean I should be having an easier game then against a nurse?
I'm not debating that they should switch I'm just wondering how people come to these conclusions about where on a list certain killers appear.

Your killer tier list is really a matter of your playstyle, not of the facts. Some people are SS with Hag, like me, others are SS with Ghostface, so when you post a tier list, it's really just your personal tier list, kind of like Super Smash Bros Ultimate. That's the reason they have a variety of characters, so you can find the one that fits you most. I'm a Hag and a William "Bill" Overbeck, although I am gonna try out Wraith to see how I feel about Wraith. Edilibs didn't really specify on what playstyle they are good with or by their specific traits like lunge or movement speed

You forgot to say your platform, if you mean a tier when you play as killer or going against killer.
For me, as killer (I'm in greens cause of re ranks but I'm usually purple-red), XBOX:

Why would you put Billy and Huntress on the same tier as Spirit? they are good killers but imo Spirit is on par or worse than Nurse
Why would you put Hag in A+ Tier? she isn't a very strong killer, her ability is hard countered by urban, and can be stopped by a flashlight, she is only even above low mid tier when she has iridescent add-ons.
Why is doctor even up that far, his ability is only "good" if you're bad at the game, its very non threatening and on top of it he's essentially a very basic m1 killer.
Any by far the biggest insult, clown is not THAT bad he is nowhere near as bad as leatherface and legion are. He atleast has bottles and add-ons for the bottles are crazy.
These are just my big problems I noticed with this list, This list is very EH, a solid 6/10 almost there.

Nurse is still a very strong killer even after her nerf. she isn't as good as omega-blink nurse was but still a very strong killer

Billy has better map pressure and an instant down. That makes up for his ability to be looped.
Huntress can be better than either of them, but it depends on the map, so I'd agree there, she shouldn't be so high.
Hag is a very strong Killer with good map pressure and an ability to get hits quickly and guard areas.
Doctor is not good, I'll agree.
Clown is pretty bad, there are enough loops to where his power matters very little, plus he has a finite amount of bottles BUT his add-ons do make him a little better. Still, not on Legion tier.

Billy does have massive map pressure which is why he isn't a bad killer, but his map pressure is nowhere near as massive as the spirits. He can't go invisible and does not have a lot of options for mindgames with his chainsaw like spirit does.
I still do not agree with hag, maybe its because I've never gone against a truly good hag. but from what I've seen (of my personal experience and what I analyze of her gameplay strategy) she is still very countered by urban evasion. and her "map wide pressure" is only a thing if said countered traps go off. with the right add-ons she can be strong but I don't think that should put her very high up.

Those are the only maps where he cannot chainsaw across the map.

I'd argue the macmillen estate but that's another argument for a different time. While billy has mapwide pressure and can get to gens in a very quick manner, it does not help him with loops, and that is where the spirit excels over billy. Simply put when billy is on a loop against a survivor his mindgames are on par with m1 killers, unless he mindgames with his chainsaw which most survivors won't get hit by. unlike the spirit who can phase walk, if they have the add-ons stand still and react, she has a lot more possibilities on loops than billy does.

This is the thread starter now with this account:
I use a number of factors to determine tiers. First and foremost i DO NOT base my tier list on experience alone. I did this tier list based off killers "overall" performance against Survivor.
Factors such as strengths, weaknesses, map control/pressure, ability to shorten chases, what map the killers is on (very important because survivors have a number of maps in their favor and some maps are even) momentum (how much the killer can take advantage of momentum) how well they do without Ruin etc
High level play only and whats important as well is taking the opinions of others and comparing them to yours so for example: 5 people play as Clown, I obsereve how well they did on what particular map, where they place Clown on a tier list through a rating. Average the rating and those Clown players (only the strongest with Clown) are factored in the tier list equation.

First question response: Because all three of them are cheap but if i had to choose whos better in that tier I put Spirit above them.
Second question response: Hag is bullshit! (very strong) MYC Hag (mastered) can destroy teams. I watch and study players with Hag (the popular good ones or good ones in general) for one, they dont run Make Your Choice on her first mistake and then after they hook they're trap defense game is weak (1 trap in the area?) they're basement and hill games are weak. Imo I have the strongest (best) Hag not because i main her but i play her right more than others pc or ps4. Ruin/Sloppy Butcher/Make Your Choice/Nurses Calling
Third question response: Chain Shocks! also you need a stall build with Doctor. Sloppy Butcher/Overcharge is a must for Doctor at high (red) rank or rank 1. Nurses is great on Doctor as well
Fourth response: Legion has superior map pressure to Clown. Clown is a 1 v 1 Killer and has little to no map pressure. Leather face takes advantage of Autruism very well. Weakest Killer (Clown)

Also: Now I put Nurse on the same tier as Spirit, Huntress, Billy. She's more fair now but still super strong
