Why do people feel they shouldn't have to adapt their gameplay?
There is so much uproar any time a change is implemented to this game. People beg for changes and expect the other side to have to adapt but then are appalled when a change is made that requires them to adapt. Or they get mad if a new character or perk is introduced and their old strategies no longer work the same.
It's hard for someone to look at a lot of complaints on balance and not think the real issue is a lack of flixibility on the player's part. Sure the games not perfect and I'm not referring to bugs that cause things to not work properly. I'm just curious if others see this too? And if it's not about a refusal to adapt, then what am I missing?

*small change to x killer happens*
Literally the entire community:
"IS X KILLER DEAD NOW?"
" X NERFED IN TO THE GROUND"
"SURVIVORS WON AGAIN"

Yes! My personal favorite so far. . .
"Myers is no longer a viable killer because EW1 can now trigger Spine Chill!!!"
That one only lasted about a day fortunately.

Both sides will cry no matter what. It's ironic how when a surivior ask for a nerf for spirit, killer mains complain. However, when a killer main ask for a nerf for gen speed, surivior mains complain. It's annoying at times how one side would refer to another as "cry baby " as if they are the ones to talk.

Myers is still healthy and strong, Spirit's changes were needed and glad it happened,
