I'm glad of how things are being changed for the health of the game.
Yes, I mean all of the last changes for both survivors and killers alike.
To be precise, I'm not talking about the general changes Spirit has received... but I'm talking about something that was heavily abused, not for it's power, but as a catalyst of toxicity and displeasing behavior in general... that being the Prayer beads bracelet.
We all saw that coming, like many other stuff in the past that was abused to create an atmosphere of discontent such as 3+ blinks Nurse or a team of 4 survivors with all of them carrying an anti-hemorrhage syringe.
Face the truth: How many times were survivors blackmailed with Multi-blink Nurses and PB Spirits by killers that lost to them, even when survivors did nothing but just play better? How many killers faced unjustified abuse by survivors that carried an extra-life with them, making the game as frustrating as possible?
And no, I do not care what the reasons were for you people to ever use such broken mechanics in the game. They were so bad and unhealthy the player-base was torn apart, and people justified their behavior by spreading salt over wounds.
Personally, I cannot wait for the changes that will be made to Iridescent head, the epitome of a balance disaster.

Also, people crying so much over an add-on smh. You still got yourself a viable strong killer.

Iri heads are severely overhyped, people make too much fuss over using two addons..its annoying hearing people gripe over something easy to avoid as base huntress is slow

Yes it should and it's no big deal, base huntress has horrible wind up speed..if you cant avoid that well..you got played

Technically 3 blink nurse still exists.
And that's not quite amount of blinks that let nurse stay on top of everyone. It was range and blinking speed.
Also team of 4 survivors with toolboxes looked more intimidating that 4 survivors with medkits, and still do.
But yeah, I can see what you mean.

The thing is it's used more to bully or be an ######### rather than how strong it is. I have yet to see an Huntress who doesn't behave like a ######### child after they win with Iri-head

True, it does. But it's not a way to bully survivors anymore since the add-on is more than an hindrance now.
About the second part? 3 blinks with ataxic respiration were disgusting to face, not to mention 4.

Someone being petulant doesnt justify anything..otherwise ds shouldnt be allowed to be meta relevant as it's the most bm thing in this game presently...iri heads requires both addon slots to even be semi good vs decent players and even then once you know they have them..its sad how easy it is to avoid

If it was occasional that I would just ignore it. But if people start seing common pattern with huntress' using this add-on than assuming everyone does behave like this is but the most common of consequences.

Iri heads are actually worse than normal hatchets, if you consider that they only damage one more health state.

Not really, no. It feels terrible to get caught by an Iri-head huntress.

It also feels terrible to play new nurse. No one cares how something "feels", that's not how balance works. xD

The irony with some people is kind of funny too.
I think the Spirit changes are perfect and I'm particularly glad, as a Survivor, about the window animation one.

Theoretically any killer perk can be included in a killer's load out once acquired thru the bloodweb. This means if a player is prepared to study each perk carefully they can think up some fairly evil builds. Are we seeing that sort of thing more often now, or is it somethign thats always been there?

Agreed. Behaviour has made many good changes lately, and it is a bit disappointing to see all the complaints about changes that are healthy for the game.
Agreed about the iridescent head too. I'm a huntress main but I haven't used that addon in such a long time because it makes the game you use it in just not fun.
Next to change should be map design/size, keys and moris. Then balance will be in such a good state.
