How about add cosmetics which can be earned by event to Free tier Rift or Future Event reward?

- Pro-Pain Hammer (The Hillbilly – Event Weapon)
- Free Song Bird Slip Dress (Kate Denson – Event Body)
These four cosmetics can be earned in past events, given to Users who played with some effort during events.
I agree to release cosmetics again and give chance to new players. But I think just giving those event cosmetics to players not played or aren't willing to participate in events sounds unfair for who gave much effort to get those cosmetics at each events.
and I suggest another way. How about give them more chance by participating future event? As Halloween event cosmetics can be earn by Free tier Rift, How about give event cosmetics by reward in future Free tier Rift?
