I got idea how to increase game time, without increasing time needs to perair gen
Idea is a wires. Yeah, pretty simple. On edges of the map spawning like, 5 maybe groups of wires. And you need to fix them as well. As i think, you need to do simple mini-game, like childish games.
Why i think it's a good idea.
First: You don't need to press your mouse for another 80 minutes per wire. Just do a simple quiz(or something like it). Like a old games when you need to connect pipes within 1 minute(I think you remember it). And it's pretty good workout for your brain
Second: It's extending game time. Gen rushing is a real problem, espectialy against swf on high ranks. You can't play on red ranks without ruin. It's almost impossible
Well, rate this idea, and sorry for my english:) have a good day

The problem with minigames is that you're kinda being hunted by a serial killer. That's why we just have skill checks, so you don't get murdered while playing Lights Out or something.

This might work, SWF team can get 1 person to do all the wires while 2 are on Gens and the 4th is getting chased. Eventually someone is going to have to stop what they're doing to go save and that's 1 person on a Gen and maybe the last finishing with the wires. If the Killer has Ruin then that's another thing they have to distract themselves with, nothing intrusive and very simple, I like it.
I don't know if this would work but I think it would should be looked at since it's so simple it would be easy to test.
Another version could be that the Gens can't be worked on until the wires are fixed, the Gens power the doors but if they aren't connected it wont work. Each Gen can have their own wire and Survivors would have to follow the cord to find where it's broken and fix it.

Yeah i though about it too, but i can't spell it right with my english) To open gates you need to fix all gens and all wires. It's pretty simple.
I don't see the problem. If make good visual and intresting mechanic with this wires it would be cool.

I think it would be too distracting and intrusive, and it would be very difficult to see stealthier killers coming your way with a minigame on your screen.

Gen rush is not real. It's a myth created by killer mains so I don't have any idea why survivor mains feed into this idea.

I agree with your point about genrushing and killrushing being an artificial thing created by players. But I think your view of the game is overly simplistic. At the absolute pinnacle of this game, survivors have the advantage. I'm not even necessarily saying that is a bad thing. I'm just saying this as someone who's played the game at all levels. If a team of survivors truly plays in an optimal fashion then they will win (on average) regardless of the killers skill level.
There are only a few killer things like mori's, one shot huntress, tombstone myers, etc that can really throw things off. Basically, anything that removes a survivor early in the game that offers little to no counterplay can break the game in the killer's favor for the simple reason that less survivors can be working gens at any given point in time. But it really isn't as simple as "whoever is better, wins".

this idea not even balanced.. just general bad killer mains dreaming
play both side til rank1 least once and do spirit if you not enough with m1 killers

Don't worry i got rank1 on both. And without ruin you can't do anything on red ranks.
Well, if you play against 16-20 ranks, yeah, gen rushing isn't real
