Hex Perks Balance/Rework

Ok I have ideas to hopefully balance them I don't know if placement will ever be fixed. Let me know respectfully what you think.
- Totems do not activate for survivors unless they are affected by the hex.
- Devour Hope wouldn't activate until 3 tokens obtained.
- Lullaby wouldn't activate or notify until 5 tokens.
- Ruin wouldn't activate until gens have been worked on by every survivor.
- Third Seal wouldn't activate until you've been hit.
- For a survivor to remove the hex effect they would need to cleanse the totem themselves. Hex would still apply to survivors that have not cleansed said totem.
- Totem destroyed notification wouldn't happen until final survivor cleansed.
- Killer can see in HUD how many survivors have cleansed totem.

For 6 to work you would need multiple totems on the map to cleanse or make dull totems respawn into Hex totems when they activate. I actually like the Hex idea but I'm more with Tyde Tyme in that it should just be part of the game instead of a crutch every killer has to run.

I would agree with it being part of the game but I don't think that will ever happen. The reason why is they want new players and it wouldn't be a good experience for them.0
