Hex Perks Balance/Rework

Ok I have ideas to hopefully balance them I don't know if placement will ever be fixed. Let me know respectfully what you think.

  1. Totems do not activate for survivors unless they are affected by the hex.
  2. Devour Hope wouldn't activate until 3 tokens obtained.
  3. Lullaby wouldn't activate or notify until 5 tokens.
  4. Ruin wouldn't activate until gens have been worked on by every survivor.
  5. Third Seal wouldn't activate until you've been hit.
  6. For a survivor to remove the hex effect they would need to cleanse the totem themselves. Hex would still apply to survivors that have not cleansed said totem.
  7. Totem destroyed notification wouldn't happen until final survivor cleansed.
  8. Killer can see in HUD how many survivors have cleansed totem.

    For 6 to work you would need multiple totems on the map to cleanse or make dull totems respawn into Hex totems when they activate. I actually like the Hex idea but I'm more with Tyde Tyme in that it should just be part of the game instead of a crutch every killer has to run.

    I would agree with it being part of the game but I don't think that will ever happen. The reason why is they want new players and it wouldn't be a good experience for them.

    I wouldn't have it active until rank 16 IMO. I would say 15 but with the new rank reset you need at least one without it.
