Does Dark Devotion mute Spirit's wooshing sound when she is in her phase walk?

Can anyone attest to how true this is?

    I'm pretty sure her phase sound is only mute inside the TR radius. It's not a blanket number as perks like Distressing that affects how large your Terror Radius is will still mute the phasing sound inside the Terror Radius.

    Her "wooshing sound" is exclusive to the phase itself and is not considered a Terror Radius.

    The only thing that's muted is her husks Terror Radius and her Terror Radius outside of phasing... the phase sound stays the sound and is only muted through the add-on "Prayer beads." But soon, they'll be nerfing that add-on to remove that ability.
