I remember awhile back, they said they were gonna make the pin addons apply on first hit. Did this get scrapped? If not, whats the hold up? @Peanits @not_Queen

    I really dont understand why they made it apply on second hit... legion gets fatigued when double tapping (Which is a terrible design btw).
