Mettle of man shrine
Why does mettle of man cost 2700, but the rest costs 2000? Something I'm missing?

It's incredibly inconsistent. The "first time on the shrine" rule doesn't always hold true. Some perks that took multiple chapters to first show up on the Shrine have only cost 2000.

yup2 i just realized that price was 2700 also.. i just need DS or Alert for 2k .. other survivor which free ( not dlc) already 40 +++ anyway...

It's the first time it's been on the shrine, which makes it cost more shards, but also reward more bloodpoints for buying it if you already have it unlocked.
It's a mechanism that hasn't been working for the last few months though, this is the first one that's worked in a while.
Glad to see it's fixed so we get the proper amount of points for it.
