Balanced LANDING Balance
What do people think about if balanced landing ONLY reduced stagger effects from long falls, instead of the sprint at all? I'd use it in a heartbeat if it was like that.

That keeps the part of the perk that is the problem and removes the part that wasn't the problem.

Balanced Landing has been the way it has been for a long time, I don't see why all of a sudden it's a huge problem. I figure that's "meeting half way" anyways.

What I dont understand is why stagger wasnt a problem in 2.0.0 and its suddenly a problem now...
Haddonfield was already out by that point. Not to mention stagger was the only thing that made BL good, before that it was horrible.

Spirit has been the way she was for a long time, but the nerf to her was appropriate. DS was how it was for a long time before the nerf, but the nerf to that was appropriate. Insta-heals existed for a long time, but the nerf to that was appropriate. And so on.
Just because an aspect of the game remained unchanged for a long period of time doesn't mean that it should never be looked at for re-balancing.

it always was the big problem because alowed to make infinites in certain maps and they dont want to rework maps so what is easier? get rid of an aspect of one perk.

I also find that it's what makes the perk fun, and it feels good to use on a seperate level from viableness. And if people are saying muh SWF then the game devs need to decide whether the target for patches is solo players or swf. They should buff killers, not make survivor more boring and useless (after exhaustion). Pretty sure infinites haven't been a thing for a while with bloodlust and exhaustion.

I think they're changing BL because that's easier to fix than whole maps and the RNG of windows that made some structures complete bullshit if the survivor knew how to run it right.
