What if they changed Legion into multiple killers?
I know Legion is 4 killers in one but what if they split them up? For example, one Legion would have the OG version but obviously with some adjustments [Frank]. One would be current Legion [Julie]. And other versions of his ability[Joey and Susie]. That way, if one version of them sucked, then people could play the other versions of them. Yay or Nay? Also put your version idea of what Legion's other versions could be?

The other members of Legion shouldnt be seperate characters, but they should be incorporated into the Power somehow. Whichever ones you arent playing as should be able to assist you in some way.

Well arguably a killer could swap abilities like survivors do items. Giving legion 4 similiar kits might be possible.
Other than becoming a clusterfuck of guesswork because of ability/skin mashups, it'd end up like miror or tombstone myers.

That creates three issues.
1) That would mean that you would have to balance for two different versions of a Killer.
It's one of the reasons why they said they wouldn't give two separate versions of Freddy old Freddy and new Freddy.
2) it would be really annoying for people who want to play specific Legion members if you want to play Susie now she's locked behind a power and if you want to play a Frank he might not have a power you're interested in.
3) if you keep Julie has the same Legion you're not changing the problems of legion you're basically offering a altered version with Frank but that's it. That won't address the current problems with Legion.
Honestly the ability to chain hits and vault pallets is great it just need something that makes it more of a benefit and less of a hindrance

I once thought it'd be cool to be able to switch masks, and that makes you be the other people in the Legion.
And they'd all have their own benefits, one's better in chases, one excels in slowing the game down, one's good at tracking, etc.
No specifics though, but i like the idea.

See, this would have been a great idea and people thought this was how legion was going to work originally because of some of the prerelease teaser art when nobody knew what legion would do. Well, this or something similar anyway
People were very excited because they thought it was going to be a schizophrenic killer who suffered from Multiple Personality Disorder, and the killer would be able to swap between personalities either at will or because of an event (Example, every time the killer is stunned the killer becomes furious and switches to X personality).
The teaser art in question showed legion's reflection mirrored four times so people thought he might have four different personalities (though honestly two personalities would itself be cool already). There would be a cooldown after you switch personalities so you can't constantly be spam switching super quickly (there would be some kind of ultra rare add on which would allow this to happen though).
Unfortunately, isn't a reality and the truth was revealed to be far less compelling than the fantasy. The four reflections were found to actually be four separate individuals who were all part of the same group of killers: The Legion. I'll be honest, I still like what came out relatively speaking, it's just that the fan theory of a schizophrenic killer was so much more interesting.
The mechanics of giving a different power to each member of legion is something that the dev team would never do. It's been a long time since his release and this would be considered a complete overhaul which I think the devs said they're not planning on doing another one. They did it for Freddy because he's an important license and if Freddy doesn't look, feel, and play well it might look bad on their part.
The only way this would happen now is if it's a completely new and unique killer. No change for legion I'm afraid
