Is blind Steve toxic
Been having a bunch of lobby Dodgers and killer dcs after spawn when I'm Steve I'm p3 with sunglasses.
To test this I've started spawning in as nancy and other "non threatening" characters and then last minute switching to Steve then I get tunneled and camped to the point literally everyone else escapes
This doesnt happen when I play as anyone else except nea
So I ask is blind Steve toxic?

For the last second switch some people find that inherently "toxic", even if it was swapping from a survivor with an item to a survivor without one.
I honestly can't think of any reason people would consider that Steve loadout threatening, but then again I've never understood that line of thinking in the first place. For all I know Steve as a whole might have been "excommunicated" as toxic or something 😄

I agree i think thats crazy

In my experiences Steves in general tend to be toxic. No offense to Steve players, but a lot of them I've met are toxic.

Steves tend to be toxic.

I've experienced the same thing. Steves tend to be toxic. I don't dodge them though, because they also tend to be bad.

No he's blind ######### are you!

He is blind!
Also on the same topic ive noticed my team always sandbags me probably just bad teammates but its literally every time I'm Steve my teammates wont help me heal or even unhook me

Crazy because it's the total opposite for Nacy. All Nacy players have a 99% chance of going down in the first 60 seconds of the match.

Blind people might be offended when they see this.

when they are t bagging you, they might just saying hello, sorry or thank you?

The only survivor I tend to make sure I always kill are Claudettes, due to most of them hiding the entire game and expecting to escape. A lot of Steve mains are buttholes though so I can see why certain killers hate them.

Killers are even afraid of survivor skins these days.

It's the Marigolds that scare me off!

In my experience most Steve players seem to be new to the game and clueless, sometimes I go softer on them if I notice they are really really new.

Most my experiences with Steves haven't been really good. Most of them are really annoying to go against because there's a trend in my games where Steves just hump very strong buildings and windows.
I don't dodge them by any means because it's the player, not the character itself. Much like how people think all Nea players like myself are evil. I'm a wholesome Head On memer. :(

I play as Steve a lot (I go out of my way to not be toxic) and have noticed I do get picked out by some killers but I haven't been playing much recently so it might have gotten worse?
I think the real problem is that the term 'Toxic' seems to be subjective. One person says something is toxic when it's not and another says its not toxic but obviously is.
In a recent match I decided to body block the killer as he kept tunnelling this poor Dwight. I very rarely body block and only use as a last resort. Dwight managed to wiggle off but my friend got hooked. I think we all escaped even though he hard core tunneled me at the end as I was the only injured survivor 🤔
But it was the best match I'd had in a long time (in terms of gameplay etc.) and all of us got loads of points. So I decided to message the killer and give a gg. He starts throwing salt at me saying we only got away because of cheating. Cheating = bodyblocking. He said he was reporting all of us because we were toxic/body blocking and we'd get banned. I'm explaining it's not cheating but he says it's in the report section - it is but this really needs an explanation so people don't wrongly report others. He totally could have hooked that Dwight if he had been paying attention and not tried to swing at me a 2nd time - his own bad judgement really.
So in conclusion, unfortunately there will always be toxic people but also everyones opinion of what 'toxic' is, is different.
Ironically, picking on players because of their character/cosmetics could also be classed as toxic 😏 everyones a bit of a hypocrite, aren't they?? 😂

Likewise sometimes when I get hard tunneled I'll be toxic by running killer shack but the killer chose to only chase me because of whatever reason
Then they'll face camp cause I ran them for so long its like you can leave chase dude
I agree choosing to chase someone solely cause who they are is more toxic then just being steve I think they see steves and nancys as if we just came into the game for stranger things so they think we're easy to catch then they get mad cause they can't catch us so it fuels a whole cycle of Steve hate ngl I was playing some feng last night my games went a lot better
Lately I'll only be Steve if theirs other Steve's or the boys and the games are just much better as the boys idk maybe it's just me

They probably just don't like Steve period. Most P3 Steve's I play against as killer are toxic.

If I were to guess it would be for last second switching.

Blind Steve is toxic, but he doesnt mean it. When he teabags, he is just using his
perfectbutt to locate himself.0 -
Idk if this is bait or not but you can't be quickswitching that blatantly and then be surprised some people find it toxic.
I'm not trying to justify their camping or tunneling as I don't do it myself, but quickswitching has always been regarded as a pretty toxic thing to do; it's common knowledge.
Personally I don't feel like any particular survivor mains are more toxic than the rest, but I do have less respect for default Claudette mains just because of how unfair her base kit camouflage is.

You'd be suprised what killers get offended by these days, i saw a bunch of killre mains saying they tunnel people with colourful cosmetics because wearing bright clothes is considered toxic...

dodging a lobby just because of cosmetics or items is more toxic then switching at the last second. In fact, there isn't even anything toxic about last second switching, it's just avoiding being lobby dodged by a scared killer. I'm pretty sure almost no one thinks last second switching is toxic and anyone who actually thinks that needs to re-evaluate their life and stop playing DBD.

dodging a lobby just because of a few cosmetics and items is way more toxic then just last second switching. There isn't even anything toxic about last second switching because it's just avoiding being dodged by killers who can't handle a challenge. I'm pretty sure almost no one thinks it's toxic anyway and anyone who actually thinks it is, needs to re-evaluate their life and stop playing dbd

Never considered bright colors toxic, they are just easier to see, so easier to hunt. Remove the pretties first.

As a Steve main, I can confirm that it's just the fact that Steve is so good looking it intimidates everyone else in the lobby.

Steve players aren't even that good most of the time.
There are other survivors you should be more concerned about.

Some people only saw half of season 1 of Stranger Things, so they hate Steve.

I've come across several God Tier Nancies but not a single God Tier Steve yet. Not sure why they'd dodge him.

Did I ever even mention dodging a lobby? No, I didn't think so. Get off your high horse, you are no one to tell people what or how to play. If your only advice or explanation for OP's question is telling other people "re-evaluate your life" take your own advice instead of taking the time to be negative online.

Ive witnessed these pesks myself so smugly looping killers casually fixating around the map always with a toolbox always farming hooks but they get out

woah...what happened buddy? everyone was having a civil conversation and you just got extremely offended out of no where for no reason...
