Devour Hope/Haunted Grounds?

I was thinking about full hex perk builds, and I started to think about something; say Devour Hope has 3+ stacks and they don't know that you have it, if Haunted Grounds gets cleansed and you hit someone while it's active, will it also tell them that you have Devour Hope? I would assume not, since hitting someone with corrupt purge on plague while they're broken doesn't let them know but I just want to confirm first before entertaining the idea further
