If I earn bloodpoints in the PTB and spend them on the Clown, then when I buy the Clown (I assume he isn't free) when the full release is out does all of my unlocks for him carry over?

     Nah it doesn’t. It’s supposed to be just for testing and I think they said that the killer and survivor can be earned with playtime

    Nothing you unlock or earn during the ptb carries over.

    I think you should be able to switch between both without any issues.

    when u opt out u have to download the 1.9.4 again, then redownload the 2.0.0 ptb, i did this myself after it released thinking it would fix my error and it did

    I believe they said that the "copy" of your live game used in the ptb was taken on something like the 24th, which would mean that any bloodpoints you've earned since then, including after the ptb started, would not carry over.
