After putting a survivor into the dying state, they are unable to crawl for 10/15/20 seconds.

    Soooooo, you wanna encourage slugging even further?

    People who don't exclusively play killer despise slugging since it's boring for the person being slugged, and can be quite hard for people to play around.

    His perk would just encourage it as a killer would the easily be able to find the survivor again.

    It’s not very creative and I can’t think of any use for a perk like this. Just use Knock Out and it works much better.
