New Game Mode - Ready or Not

Its not really anything new as far as game play goes. More of a game before the game during the lobby dont allow players to choose survivor or killer just upon entering have every choose their favorite survivor and killer and once the lobby is full give a countdown to 0 on zero everyone ready's up and the last person to ready is the killer for that match. Not incredibly difficult or anything just a little fun idea.
