Survivor build for tracking the killer

If you were going to create a survivor build which allowed you to know the location of the killer as much of the time as possible what perks would you use? Forget about healing or anything else. Just a build that you think would reveal the killers location more than any other build.

    I usually go with spine chill, dark sense and empathy. Last one is Incase anyone gets smacked I know where it went down.

    Object of Obsession is really all you need. Then Spine Chill and/or Premonition. Alert is also good.

    For item, bring a rainbow key with the Blood Amber and Prayer Beads addons. This means you get killers' auras midchase and eliminates mindgames at, say, jungle gyms.

    EDIT: Also bring Kindred, especially after the buff.

    I would play with any 4 perks I choose because almost every killer has a loud ass terror radius and massive red stain showing their location at all times.
