P3 blood web confusion
Hello- I've recently been trying to unlock sefcare in the web for my prestige 3 Quentin. He's at max level, so I've just been eating through web after web waiting for self care (which I bought in the shrine). The problem that I've run into is that I've had two webs in a row pop up with /no perks/. Is that normal? I don't think I've ever encountered a perkless web. Maybe there was an issue with me receiving self care through the shrine? I double checked and its showing I bought it.
Any information would be helpful. I pre apologize if this comes off as a rather dumb question.

Double check your perks to make sure you don't have it already. If perks aren't showing up in the web it means you have them all.

What Fozzy said, if you still encounter this issue, than file a ticket with the support team to let them know.
