    Spine Chill at tier 3 grants 6% bonus action speed, and resilience at tier 3 grants a 9% bonus action speed.

    A fast vault, by default, takes 0.5 seconds. So with both of the above perks equipped and active, it would take 0.43 seconds (0.5 / 115%). A medium vault under the same circumstances would take 0.78 seconds (0.9 / 115%).

    Basically, add up the bonus speeds you get from each perk, and then divide the time it takes to do the action by that number to get the improved speed.
