what survivor should i buy in the store?

Depends what Perks you would like. I would check them out first.

I would say Nancy.Because all 3 of her Perks are pretty useful :)

The survivors i have are: dwight, meg, claudette, jake, bill, feng, nea, ace, and david

Check all their perks, and try to decide which one would be the most useful for you.

Try Jane if you want to go for a "gimmicky" perk set, since Head-On is quite useful in a decent amount of situations.
Or, you can try someone like Tapp who has a decent amount of perks to choose from. 1 is more or less niche, the other 2 are good in certain builds.
And Steve isn't that bad of a pick either, him and Nancy have 1 or 2 pretty good unique perks. And Second Wind on Steve isn't that bad either with a healing build.
