You've already probably been asked this, but you should look at the RNG on how some of those rooms are made up.

There shouldn't dead ends in that map, that go on for 3 full rooms. There should be at least an exit door open at the other end.

I got a group of survivors on that map with a dead end that went on for 3 full rooms. I boxed them in there and there wasn't anything they could do really. They had to go through me inorder to get out of the area which had about 3 hooks and 2 gens in it.
