The entity grants you a wish. Your hex totems will visibly start burning 60s / 90s / 120s after the game has started.

Not sure if I wrote it right (my mother language isn't english). This perk is supposed to make perks like ruin visible after 60s / 90s / 120s when the game has started. So we can kinda counter hex totem destruction in the first 30 seconds of the match...
