Bro these Tome Challenges are NOT IT
Everyone is complaining about them. They are too situational. Please fix em next time atleast. Like seriously? 2 unhooks during the collapse, Prevent a gate opening with Unnerving? That perk has nothing to do with gates AT ALL. The 4th Tome challenges are even worse too...

They're nerfing the 2 unhook to 1 so that one won't be as terrible, basically do the hook exchange at the end with a now-camping for one last kill killer. unnerving could prevent gate opening...by making generators 1% more annoying

I still don't completely understand the unnerving presence one. Is it just "ensure no door opens ever in a game where you are running unnerving presence"? Like does someone need to have touched the gate switch? do all gens need to be done? How about closing the hatch?
Its unclear really.

Well I'd assume no door can be opened and that's it. To assure that, don't let gens finish and let final guy escape via hatch so you don't have to risk far away gates.

That's what I assumed as well I just wasn't completely sure. Its just such a weird challenge.

Gotta make sure they mess up those Exit Gate skill checks.

It's cos they needed a challenge for Trapper's third perk, but since the perk only makes people more likely to miss skill checks, and nobody ever misses skill checks because of it, it couldn't be "make survivors miss X skillchecks with Unnerving Presence" or nobody would ever get it done.
At least not opening a gate COULD happen because of too many missed checks on gens.
