Most likely this week or next week. Chapters are always released on a Tuesday.

The chapter has been officially confirmed for release on December 3rd. Based off past patterns, it will almost certainly release at 11am ET, or soon thereafter depending on your platform, which is about 27.5 hours from now if my maths is correct.
