Dedicated severs for PS4 and XB1

So with DC penalties set to come out tomorrow with the patch the word online is that its tied to dedicated servers. There hasn't been any mention, that I can find anyway, as to the release of dedicated servers on the remaining consoles. I really hope that they are set to roll out for consoles this week as I've lost more than a few killer adepts to DC'ing survivors. And I'm sure console survivors are anxious for DC'ing killers to receive penalties.
