Hitboxes are awful. Frame isn't bad (unless it's against Freddy. That shift to dreamstate freezes me on my Xbox One X)
And for some reason, I always get DC/ crashed out when I go against Demo Dog

Honestly my frame rate isn't bad. Sometimes it is sometimes it isn't depending on the killer. Queues are terrible for survivor for some reason too.

Ps4 has extremely bad hitboxes and with often the killer dodges a lobby I feel forced to play games with pings over 200. Now as killer it's pretty easy to find games since they only take a few mins. Survivor usually is about 10 mins, and you'll be lucky if the killer doesn't dodge.
DC has really increased over the last few days, especially on the killers side. Billy seems to be the most played again for the first time in 6 odd months. Hitboxes are still really bad. The frame rates on ps4 are extremely bad in the lobby before the game starts.

Xbox is fine, apaet from alot of lagswitchers. Ps4 is just poorly optimized from the heavily restricted rules of ps4 and it's poor indie support.

Same thing for me. I almost never have issues (Granted I do play killer so some may not apply) but never really get frame drops or survivors trolling or anything bad. I will say as I move up ranks the more DC's I see

I agree, I've noticed the frame rate looks and feels a lot smoother. It's the best it's ever been for me on PS4. I still get the occasional glitch or lag but nowhere near as bad as it used to be.
I used to get kicked out of lobbies all the time and had the infinite loading screen glitch. I literally couldn't play 2 games in a row without getting that glitch but I don't get that anymore.

Well I enjoy this game enough to put up with the console calamities, almost quit a few times because of the BS that happens then an update happens and makes it even worse. Then again it was made for PC so "Shrugs"

Lag and forced DC are the most annoying thing with PS4

I play on xbox and I don't usually have that many issues, but the constant "freezing" is annoying. You KNOW that every time you finish a match there's gonna be some seconds or maybe a minute of freezing before the results pop up, same when you go to the store, go back to the main screen to select survivor/killer.. basically every time you click on something there's gonna be some kind of freezing involved

Disconnecting from host instantly when a game ends every time is pretty annoying

I had the same problems when I played on xbox while my PC was down. The frames alone made the game impossible, but adding everything else on it, it was not enjoyable. I was very happy too be on PC when I got it fixed.

I play on switch and it's 10x worse. But I know it's because the console.

The window thing is because the killer still hosts on console, as dedicated servers are still PC only.
The lag, though. I had a game the other day where, while I was working on a gen, a Jake rubber banded so hard he levitated about 30 feet into the air. Like, above the trees. Then appeared on the other side of the gen.

Yeah I know but the issue is my laptop sucks so much ass, even though it's new. It's just not a gaming laptop. I do use my controller when I do play but it's just too hard to play survivor at 30 fps.

Don't forget frames dropping every time Bloodlust activates. I've missed more hits due to Bloodlust than I can count.

I normally have a good experience...my TV has a low input lag mode(basically game mode) which helps a lot. Without that mode, dbd is terrible the times I have forgot to turn it on.

If you want a gaming computer, best to just get a desktop anyway. You'll be able to put together a much better desktop at a fraction of the price as getting a gaming laptop.

I've been spammed with unknown errors... I've had to repeatedly tap my X button just to clear them.... then it goes into a no network connection...... I also hate how the game freezes everytime the killer leaves...

The only, the ONLY thing I ask for in this god forsaken world is that they give higher sensitivity options for killer. I'm tired of getting 360'ed constantly. I know they said they're looking into this but please release this somewhat soon. But knowing the devs it'll probably happen 2 summers from now. If even...

Xbox One player here. I have LITERALLY never had green ping on anything and my internet is great! I don't understand why it suddenly drops to absolute crap and I get hit across the map.

Its not the game on that skill check end. Its because you're using a tv. Get a 60hz monitor and that will go away. I also played on ps4 starting a month before freddy released and earlier this year moving to PC. I had the same issue and bought a gaming monitor in prep for my pc that I didn't build till a year later. But the rest pretty damn accurate I got back to play with friends and I wanna rip my soul from my body everytime. I had a game lag so badly once the hillbilly was about 20ft away swinging at a vault that was in the opposite direction I was and it was damaging me and downed me then the lobby closed.

I've never had a problem with skillchecks even during super laggy matches. I believe skillchecks are client side and not host.

It's not lag switching, it's just connection issues, a lot of people get blamed for lag switch for a, b and c reason.

I think people are so used to it, that the problems that bug some of us don’t bug them anymore. I have decent internet and have issues with hitboxes, errors loading, games freezing at the end of a match whether being killed or escaping. Like I dunno why people pretend like there aren’t ps4 problems. Everyone I play with complains about hits after vaulting, NAT errors, etc. etc.

I'm jailed cause I apparently told someone to get off the forums when it was a misunderstanding to my terminologies, I said it might be your internet cause we both use same platform and I'm not experiencing your issues on the game and then you tell me to read your post properly, I never comment until I do, but ya know, it can't be your internet connection, must be something else cause others don't experience it so it has to be otherwise, come on buddy, it's your internet, accept it

Lol ok then, again I'm also using PS4 and my friends also use PS4 and none of us experience this, you just got weak internet and in denial over it, only time I hear these issues is poor internet it's your internet end of discussion

I have a PS Pro and a Four tear old laptop. The game runs a lot better on my laptop than on my PS4. Before I had the PS Pro, I had a regular PS4 and the frame rates were horrible.
Now, playing survivor isn't that bad. The menus are slow, the bloodweb is slow, the endgame lobby is horribly slow, but the gameplay isn't that bad.
When I am playing as killer, however, the frame drops and the blurry vision make me miss hits I would never miss on the PC. Plus, everybody can do 360 and 720 with a controller, just jiggle it around and if the frames drop, as they usually do, the killer can't see #########! Plus, killers get cucked by autoaim a lot, especially when they lunge and the survivor turns back for a second and immediately runs forward again, so my game decides to do a normal attack instead of a swing, although I held the button and they clearly in range of a lunge.
That is my favourite part. And phantom saws with Billy. As survivor, the biggest problem is the ping. I'm from Portugal and even when I play solo survivor I rarely see a green ping. And I constantly get paired up with killers from the other side of the ocean as a solo survivor in red ranks.
