Time it however the you want and pray to the Entity that latency doesn't screw you over. Because I've only been able to do it a couple times myself but latency and frame lag screws me most of the time.
Like times where I was like "ah damn I did it wrong" the Killer ends up getting stunned and drops my teammate anyway.
