By few they mean 40 or so most likely. 11am is usually the time

Usual updates are at 11am ET - it's currently 10:24am ET, so you've got an hour less to wait than you thought you did 😁

Nice, really tought it was a 6 hours diference between eastern time and gmt 0. My bad ;)
