other pc exclusive cosmetics?
Didn’t they say everyone would get them all (like claudettes purple pants, etc)
were they released today with this patch or later on?

With the exception of the four event-exclusives, which the devs decided not to give out after all, they should have been released with the patch.

oh okay! well, i hope they can stop all the scams happening on ebay and what not since that was the biggest issue and the main reason for releasing it to all. i was really excited too. hope they change their mind later on.

I expect this will reduce the amount of scams going around. People are still selling accounts for things like Legacy skins, of course, but that's more the platform owners' issue to deal with (Valve, Microsoft, Sony) than it is BHVR's.

Hmm.. they did promise to atleast give all Event Items, yet I did not receive my Untamed Donkey Jacket. So i just submitted a ticket since I lost that item a while ago and they said to wait until this patch and I would have it (since everyone would)

As I said, they've given out the exclusives to everyone with the exception of the event items, such as the Donkey Jacket. Those will be restored to everyone who originally earned them at some stage in the near future, but not as part of this patch.
From the Release Information post: "At the time of the announcement, last month, we had no way to isolate players who had earned these cosmetics. Since then, we have found a way to isolate the players that have played the event and will be able to restore these four cosmetics on a large scale, only to players that earned them during the events. Keep an eye on the news, this will happen Soon™"
