Store pricing
I am pretty sure we used to be able to purchase a full outfit, in different times and still pay the reduced price for 3 items. For example, I had 2 pieces of an outfit worth 1080 auric cells. Meaning I paid 800 auric cells for them. And if I wanted to purchase the remaining one I used to pay 280 ac. Now store says its 400 ac. Meaning I would be purchasing the same outfit for 1200 ac just because I didn't buy them at the same time.
Is this a bug or they changed the policy?

That doesn't sound right. Are you sure it's the same outfit, and you're looking at the price for the outfit as a whole rather than the individual piece?
EDIT: Actually, I think I may have understood what you mean. Basically, the way it works is that the 1080 is the sum of all the individual parts, discounted by 10%. So without the discount, it would be 1200. If you have bought a part of the set, the full outfit is priced at the sum of the remaining parts, discounted by 10%. In theory, this would mean that the in your case, the remaining part of the set should cost you 360 cells (400 - 10%).
However, it's possible that the discount no longer applies if you have bought all but one part of a set. I haven't tested it myself. It's also possible that you're looking at the wrong part of the Store by accident, so if you could provide screenshots that would be helpful in figuring out what the problem is.

It's possible bugged, you can take it up with the support team if you so choose. They'll provide you with more information than any of us can... so they'll tell you if this is how it works or not.
