Items being taken glitch (again..)

I’m done with the glitches after this put i just played with a purple medkit with green addons and escaped through hatch and of course when i return to the screen my item and addons are gone. i thought they patched this months ago. i guess it’s back. be careful when bringing in good items guys!

Yup just happened to me too! Not as good as a purple medkit though, thankfully 😅
