Still missing my lunar/Summer items. What gives?!

I was told that they didn't do the restoring thing any more. I was told that when this patch hit live I would get my missing stuff back. ######### I want my puppy mask for Huntress back, and my Doggo David Jacket. I worked hard for those and I don't take kindly to out right being lied too.
