if you could delete one or two perk(s) on each side

Dear fellow forum member, I am not "spitting nonsense." Seems like you are not really interested in leading a discussion. You just seem to like insulting me.
Also, after being consistenly on rank1 on both roles for well over a year on both roles, can say from my expericence that DS does not punish camping at all and does not really deter from tunneling if one wants to. The frustration it causes might even motivate people to tunnel.
Also, about a minute is so long on rank one that the perk does punish both tunnelers and non-tunnelers. So I'm not spitting nonsense I am saying that the perk does not do what it is designed to. Oh, and feels cheap. If you want to discuss please explain your opinion so we can talk accordingly and with respect.

I wouldn't disable any
I don't trust myself with such power

It's embarrassing how much people are saying ruin. It's the easiest thing to work through, it's basically just a perk that slows things down a bit. I can definitely agree with NOED, and adrenaline getting nixed along with it. They're different sides of the same coin and neither is necessary.

It's not because Ruin is too strong, it's because ruin is too popular. I don't think the devs made the game with the hopes that all killers would use the same perk every game

Survivors: Decisive, it's so abusable. You basically get near immunity for an entire minute and even if they act like a complete idiot you can't punish them more than just leaving them on the ground. It needs some touching up like "The perk is active for 60 seconds unless someone else is downed and hooked" emphasis on needing to down someone after the survivor with DS gets unhooked so it's not easily abusable.
Killers: Noed, it's a cheap "I win" button that nearly guarantees at least one-two downs. "Just do totems" why? There's no incentive to do them, if they had a small slowdown effect for every dull totem still up people would do them and not feel like they're wasting necessary time but they do nothing as of now. At the least until dull totems have more of a purpose than 1000 boldness points they should at least remove the speed boost Noed gets.

Object of obsession for survivors. I'm not a hater of swf groups, I am a hater of swf groups with Object. It's total cheese. Should not be in the game at all.
Make your choice for killers. Punishes players for saving other players. Certain killers with really good map pressure just go outside the 24 meters and zoom back for easy unhooks. Bad perk design. Players shouldn't be punished for saving their teammates.

For once I don't disagree with someone who cries about DS. You actually offer a reasonable fix for it and I'm pretty sure they gave the noed speed boost so it changes on different tiers. I'd rather it be decreased unsuccessful attack cooldown. Glad I met a fellow intellectual!

I recently acquired Urban Evasion, I don’t know how I played the game without it. I hope they never delete it.
My picks would be Ruin and BT

How are people going to get saved from campers without BT? I'm curious

How is a killer (That’s not Nurse or Spirit) supposed to get a kill a survivor who is a Pro-Looper that has the map memorized or an optimal SWF without tunneling/camping/using a mori?

Git Gud
On a serious note: Killers have a thing called a power (At least they should) that helps them end chases faster.

The survivor being camped could “Git Gud” by not getting caught in the first place. There are something’s called “Survivor Perks” that help them to avoid killers or prevent getting hooked by one.

I'm pretty sure the game is balanced, meaning that survivors will eventually run out of resources and get hooked by the killer. Or perhaps you are referring to "deluded fantasies" which allows survivors to escape every game and killers to get a 4k every game.

Prove Thyself, DS, NOED, and Bamboozle. Prove thyself because its frustrating as killer for gens to get popped instantly, DS because I get DS'd even when I don't tunnel, NOED is for bad killers who can't play the game, and bamboozle since you will never learn to play jungle gyms.

Found the survivor main. Watch this:
Adrenaline and Decisive -- Self explanitory, way too powerful for 4 survivors to be using.
Monstrous Shrine and Territorial Imperative -- awful perks not worth using on anyone.
See how easy it is to be biased?

The game is not balanced, voice communication in SWFs give a massive advantage to survivors. Until the Devs balance around that, the survivors will always have the advantage. The game was never intended to allow survivors to communicate the way they do today, but the Devs will never stop SWFs because it will lose them too many players.
Your problem is you just don’t like being camped. News flash, no one does, but it doesn’t mean it’s not balanced. It’s perfectly balanced because there is a counter play to it, which is for your teammates to complete generators and put pressure on the killer to abandon the camp. If the killer chooses not to, he loses the match. Survivors have another option which is to surround the hook and blind the crap out of the killer while using BT and body blocking to unhook their fellow survivor.
So don’t blame the killer for camping, blame your teammates for poor choices.
Git Gud.

Yes the hooked survivor can counterplay.
How blind was I to not see this sooner 🙄

Adrenaline and Decisive aren't nearly as crutch as ruin or as game changing as noed. Thanks for making generalizations though bud

Survivors have the option to support each other. And yes, their counterplay is looping and not getting caught or working with their team. Just because you don’t like tunneling doesn’t make it unfair or wrong. Your other option is to play with friends.

I play both sides equally so I’ve had my fair share of experiences with these perks:
Survivor: Plunderers (I used to use a lot, but as a killer it’s annoying. Almost always get a key. From someone who has used it plenty, people don’t realize how op it is) and Adrenaline (A survivors version of NOED)
Killer: NOED (Do I even need to say why? Usually gives the killer a free kill) and BBQ (If they took either the aura reading or xp away I’d be fine with it. It’s two perks in one. They could separate the two abilities)

Oh my bbq op. Maybe you do have a good point. Wait Plunderer's op? Nvm. The fact is is that bbq is fine and wglf is bad.

Biased AND wrong? A twofer! Adrenaline and Decisive are two of the best perks in the game, allowing survivors to pretty much sail through the endgame with no casualties, as long as they've left enough pallets to get the gates open.

Well it's called the endgame for a reason. If you want to scrape the barrel for undeserved kills try noed.
