About the premium pass....
Are the devs going to give is something for buying a premium pass for their broken game? I think it's wrong that the challenges have been not working right "not giving the right amount of iridescent emblems" on top of this new get downed in the basement once and fall off the map. It has made this game unplayable and it's super hard to complete challenges in a broken game. I understand things happen but i don't think your loyal fan base should pay for the devs mistakes.

You're talking about an issue that's affected one challenge out of how many? And it's been for a week? And can still be done.
and the basement bug is like a day?

Yes it was done, in 17 matches. Those matches in which i got 1 per trial even though there were some in which i got 4 could've been used getting other challenges done. On top of which the crazy bugs but if this is acceptable to everyone else I'll just shut my mouth and never buy a pass again. I generally don't like wasting money on games that are broken but maybe that's what some of you are into.....

I agree to some extent, I would like to at least hear the current Tome's duration extended by a few days, depending on how long the fix will take.
I see no correlation between these bugs and the premium pass though.
Good for you that you supported BHVR!
But what you bought is: Being able to unlock more stuff while progressing through the Rift.
I don't see why these players need some sort of additional bonus for bugs that affect everyone.
If they decide to, okay, sure, if they don't, okay, sure, but I don't see a valid reason.

Behavior ain't gonna be giving you something for buying their Premium track. They'll be walking to the bank, cashing in the money and think up new ways to swindle money off your hands.

Just an update for people who think the basement glitch isn't a game breaking glitch i played about 15 matches of which i ended up in the basement 8 times. Killers know a basement hook is an instakill right now. The other 7 matches saw the killers using ebony moris making it a very ######### night. I did escape twice but between sweaty mori killers and the basement this game is becoming quite unplayable.

You already got something for the premium pass, you unlocked cosmetics.
If you wanted to be given something for the bugs, then you should've used your money otherwise, i.e. not on bhvr.
If quality goes down and cash still comes in, quality has no reason to go up.

Yeah, there's a reason I struggle to spend even $10 on this game, meanwhile I own everything for DOA6/DOAX3/Soul Calibur VI. I have no problem putting money into a game I love, but I probably consider uninstalling DbD at least once a day. I mean, I could play a glitchy game with lackluster rewards and players who act toxic while I try to figure out the new killer, or I could send zombies flying with my new glow-in-the-dark baseball bat in Dying Light. Decisions, decisions.

There was an option to just not buy the pass. I've seen people complain about it for various reasons and I think the same thing every time "You did not have to buy it..."
You made a choice to waste your money on a buggy game. That is not BHVR's problem, it's yours. If you really have THAT MUCH of a problem, don't spend your money on the game anymore.

My favourite last night was the one where the killer hooked someone else in the basement first. They got the bug, and the killer ignored them for the rest of the match. OK, I can deal with that... but the guy he was SWFed with decided to lead him around the map while the 4th survivor was doing... something... in a corner with no gens. I almost finished the last gen three times, but kept getting chased away. 5 minutes after I died the last gen STILL wasn't done, one survivor was STILL leading the other by the hand, and I watched the killer completely ignore the stationary bugged survivor to down his friend instead.
After the match "oh, there's a basement bug? I didn't know!" Yeah, right.
