Is slugging really toxic?

STORYTIME

Had a game earlier where I killed 3/4 players of a 3stack and one random (killed the 3stack, random got away) playing as huntress. I broke chase to get more hatchets while I doened his friend and slugged him and proceeded to chase him down (not sure why people think this is toxic...) almost had him down but as I said I broke chase for hatchets. He got his buddy and I downed him again (he eventually bled out) I made an error at the very end by going and shutting hatch since I saw it spawn. Yeah he went straight for the door instead and opened it. Smart move honestly. Cool. Ggs right? Nah he decides to teabag at the door. At the endgame lobby, other survivors are over there lickin his toes about how good he was. While I called him out that i had only seen him twice all game so i felt he hid (which is w.e it's a playstyle cant harp on him for it lol he was actually productive all game that's why I didnt see him) his white knights defended him and called me toxic just because i lost saying I was making "typical killer excuses" lol wat.

Firstly, killing 3/4 isnt a lose in my book. Secondly, the dead shouldn't talk crap.

I mentioned that only thing I was annoyed about was the unessacary teabag at the end and they told me I deserved it for slugging... lol. Really? Also mentioned after that he only teabagged at the end because it's to "decrease my performance" saying he guessed it worked...but...the game was over...what does he mean....what kind of logic...?

There are really only 3 occasions I ever slug. 1. Someone JUST got pulled off hook and I find them really fast and down them immediately, I usually leave em for their teammates because it's no fun to look like a tunneler. Or if I feel they have DS.

Lastly would be very end of the game. It's the only way to really secure a 4kill these days (I dont have bbq)

For this game I slugged the 3man's claud because at first i found her immediately after hook. Second time was due to trying to catch the Last guy.

It seems the lower rank these people are the more toxic they get and or full of themselves. If I beat a team completely in a 4kill, I dont EVER hear a single "GG". If I say gg at the end I'm called "toxic" yet if the survivors all escape, they all say "gg" or "ggez" they only seem to wanna say gg when they win xD

The dude who got away was rank 4 while everyone else was 8+

I kinda have recently stopped feeling bad for survivor players, as the very next game I just decided to run iradescent head and belt and finished the game in a literal 2 minutes (they all spawned together on top of my hex and tried to body block till they realised I had iradesecent axes. Yeah they all went down and started DCing or dying lol) I didnt even feel bad.

Just...really...slugging though is considered toxic? That or rude? I figured it was a tactic...so I guess I'm not allowed to slug anymore. Seems to be a sin.
