A question about charms

I know charms are new but I am wondering if charms will be available to buy in the shop at a certain point, or perhaps a sort of "charm shop" will be implemented, or will they only be available in the rifts? I'm curious to see what you guys would prefer happen in regards to how we obtain charms in the future.

Considering most of the cosmetics on the Rift are either uninteresting or recolors (or both), and it would probably be cheaper to only buy what you wanted in the store later rather than purchasing the Premium Pass (and it would certainly save people time grinding), then the only reason to buy the Premium Pass is if the charms are exclusive.

Okay, that's not entirely true. I know there are people who don't care about the charms but still buy the pass. Not sure if it's because they want a few cosmetics now or if it's because they really do want most/all of the cosmetics and are actually saving money, but still, the charms not being exclusive would hurt sales of the Premium Pass.

So far, the devs have stated that the charms are exclusive to the Rift.

If you want even one outfit in the rift its so much better to buy the rift instead of waiting.

    1 green outfit is like $8 purples/events $10

The entire rift is $10 and you can earn cells back.

The charms included in the pass are exclusive. I could still see them selling others in the shop, while keeping the Rift ones exclusive.

Depends on if you play the game more because you're trying to get to a certain tier of the Rift and if so how much you think your time is worth. Given how buggy the game is, queue times, and the number of bad matches vs good matches, a person could save numerous hours of what may feel like forced playtime by spending about an hour's worth of their paycheck.

After earning some of the different cosmetics and being able to actually see them when combined with other pieces to create full outfits, I like some of them, but if they had only gone to the store rather than being included in the Rift, I wouldn't have bought them. I'm not complaining or saying I want my money back, it was my choice, but I recognize the devs got my money because they put a large number of mediocre items into a $10 package rather than all the items individually in the store. (I did recognize most of them were rather meh before buying the Premium Pass; it was the exclusive charms and being able to earn back the Auric Cells that convinced me to get it, anyway.)

To be fair, they did give everyone a tiny Christmas tree charm for free with the new chapter, so it's not out of the realm of possibility.
