Sorry, was a bit busy.
Here's the final product of a KYFs match. Every "kick" that Killers do to damage generators and break pallets is the same by the way... so it isn't any faster with Brutal Strength on say... The Wraith or something.

Brutal Strength seems to be a bit faster when it comes to the cool-down... I'd say like 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 seconds faster than Shred?
that's about it...
So Brutal Strength beats Shred! But it's only by like almost half a second or a bit more... They could also be the same tbh, but it seems from basic counting that Brutal Strength beats it by like... barely half a second.

Brutal Strength beats shred if you're right next to the pallet and can break it normally. However, I'd claim that Shred beats Brutal Strength in every other scenario since you can Shred a pallet from a distance.

But if we're talking which is faster... than Brutal Strength beats Shred in that category...
Everything else like mind-games to pallet smashing to etc beats Brutal Strength, but they just wanted to know which was faster.
Tbh, Shred is better since it's IN Demogorgons power and doesn't require a 4th perk slot to gain ALMOST the same speed as Brutal Strength... yes Brutal Strength is faster, but as you can see in the video that "faster percentage" is pretty low enough to hardly even notice.
The benefits Shred brings to the table makes it clearly superior...
