Decisive Strike bug

I had come across a bug when using the decisive strike perk. I was in the dungeon and I was downed so when the killer picked me up I hit the skill check and I was still put onto the hook. So I was wondering if this happened to other people.

    Its not a bug. You probably laid direct beneath the hook so that the hooking actions got set up before you hit the skill check. You can counter it by yourself by crawling somewhat away from the hook, even though this should be fixed so it would set priority to the skill check.
