can nemesis make Judiths journal a very good add on?

The journal was already pretty good with Furtive Chase (probably the only use for Furtive Chase we have), so I would imagine that Nemesis would be even better, since you can find the obsession more reliably and it also has good synergy with PWYF.
Imagine running from a Tier 3 Michael with 3 PWYF stacks while you can't hear the terror radius...

What he said above is true, but as for your question yes... it would make Judiths Journal 10xs more useful since the obsession will jump around EACH time you're hit with a head-on stun, pallet, or flashlight blind.
